Clay McConnico
Clay worked in the educational software sales industry for over 10 years. Clay transitioned his sales skills into the freight industry over 15 years ago. His can do attitude has been an asset to the company. He enjoys making long-lasting relationships with customers, and feels fortunate to call many friends. In his time off, Clay loves to travel, but most of the time he can be found watching his kids play sports.
Whitney McConnico
Through college Whitney worked for Sewell Lexus. This is where she developed a passion for customer service. In 2002, she started working in the freight industry as a sales agent. She quickly learned how to separate herself from her competitors by offering a very high level of customer service. She absolutely loves the day to day challenges, and tackles them head on. In her time off, she loves to be with her family whether that is traveling or at sporting events.
Duane McConnico
Duane serves as Operations/Dispatch Manager. He has over 13 years of experience in the transportation industry. Duane began his career in warehouse distribution. In 2000, he was hired by ToysRUs Distribution in Cincinnati, OH as Outbound Operations Manager. In 2005, Duane started working for HA Logistics heading up the dispatch department for the Dallas. Duane has a wife and 2 boys that keep him busy when he is not at the office. His true passion is sports, and is an avid golfer.
Mindy Salomone
Mindy started in the transportation industry in 2011. Since then, she has been the connective tissue that holds this team together. As a sesquipedalian and an avid Rangers fan, who loves hiking, camping, and traveling; Mindy brings an upbeat personality and a certain quirkiness to our team that makes her an absolute pleasure to interact with. Mindy assiduously sees through the day to day rigamarole; with a jocose temperament, and a heartfelt smile. Mindy has unequivocally aggrandized her role on our team.
